So you have taken over 50 SWEAT classes and you saw your fighting potential? So you took the time out of your sweaty workouts to learn technique, footwork, and placements by taking 30 BOX classes? And now you think you’re ready to level up and maybe plant a few on an opponent? Well, it looks like you’re ready to test into SPAR!

But it isn’t as simple as taking a few classes and thinking you’re ready. You’re going to get tossed around, punched in the face, and you most likely will cry so we want to make sure you’re prepared. You might be able to withstand 45 min of SWEAT but that has nothing on getting wailed on for 3 (which feels like 30) min straight.

We care about you and your journey to SPAR so we want to prepare you as much as possible. We have designed this test to make sure your endurance, and boxing knowledge are at par with a fight.

We want to see that you are willing to fight for the right at a spot in SPAR. In a fight, you might want to quit, you might think it is impossible, you might not win, but you put your heart into and you PREVAIL.

FITNESS TESTING

34 Mins to Complete

Run 1 mile

50 pushups

100 situps

500 straight punches, no rest

45 sec dead hang (may break up over one min)

30 cal assault bike sprint, must finish in under 2:00

33 medball slams

*Prevailer may break the test up however they wish*
